Rostock Airport

Profile

Terminal The Rostock-Laage Airport is one of the largest airfields in northern Europe. Originally conceived as a military base, the airport has been released in 1993 for civilian aviation. Until today, this military-civilian cooperation in air traffic is unique in Germany. The Airport Rostock-Laage is the modern international approach to the beautiful countryside of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the german part of the Baltic coast.

Services

Rent a car companies, travel agencies and a duty-free shop are just examples of the widespread opportunities. At the airport Rostock-Laage, bus shuttles are waiting for you to take you, depending on your reservation request, directly to your holiday destination. A changing room for your babies is at your disposal on the ground floor as well as on the 1st level floor. Families with toddlers may get buggies for rent. A colorful kid’s corner in the waiting area takes care of your older children. Our special recommendations for a Baltic vacation are the eight multi-awarded Travel Charme Hotels at the Baltic Sea in Kühlungsborn, Prerow (Fischland-Darss), on the isles of Rügen and Usedom.
